MANFRED u. OSTERROHT,<br />
…Was born at the end of WW.II in the city of Tilsit, North Germany,<br />
the fabulous, poetic and lost forever, province of Imperial Prussia,<br />
the land of Frederick II., the Great; and famous artists as Matejko,<br />
Mentzel, Anton von Werner, and poets as William Bush, Simone<br />
Dach, between many… And the capital of romance: Koenigsberg.<br />
Mid fifties, his father Werner, an engineer, his Mother Elfi a pianist<br />
born in Prague, and his three siblings Edgar, Beatrix and Dagmar,<br />
immigrated to Brazil, to begin new life, after WW.II that decimated<br />
part of his greater family.<br />
Romantic Brazil, and Portuguese became the language through<br />
which he completed his formal education. His tertiary education<br />
includes a degree in Architecture and Urbanism, at the Federal<br />
University of Curitiba PR; where he also studied Economic<br />
Science, and Fine Arts. Languages of his domain are: Portuguese,<br />
English, German, partially Italian, Spanish, and French.<br />
His professional many careers began in 1965, within Television;<br />
when with the age of 17, he joined the television Network of Assis<br />
Chateaubriand, the famous Emisoras-Associadas TV-Channel 6.<br />
Manfred began as a graphic Set-artist, and within a period of 3<br />
years, he turned his hand into writing; directing and finally<br />
producing TV-plays, with a close eye on traditional and popular<br />
Northern Brazilian fisher-folk’s stories(“Basket of Brazilian Tales” ). At<br />
this period he produced a record of Theatricals(37), Musical<br />
Shows(88), a Cartoons Series(35) parts, titled “The Age of the Gods”
