Thisseason,wewilseenew&familiarfaces,the<br />
debutofournewpercussionensemble,andour<br />
firstappearanceattheSmithCenterforthe<br />
PerformingArts.Theseasonbeginswiththereturn<br />
ofVegas’own,TheLique,performingtheiroriginal<br />
musicalongsidestudentsoftheYAO.Otherlocal<br />
artistsreturningtothestageincludeAaron<br />
Ramsey,andviolinistsYuriCho,SusanKim,and<br />
DeAnnLetourneau<br />
Ourinternationalhighlightswilwelcomesomeof<br />
myclosestfriendswhowilmaketheirLasVegas<br />
debutorreturnperformance.Canadianpianist,<br />
BenjaminSmith,wilmakehisdebutperforming<br />
Rachmaninof’sgrandPianoConcertono.2,andmy<br />
veryownstringquartet,TheAnnexQuartet,wil<br />
finalybeperforminginmyhometown.MyQuartet<br />
wilbepresentingtheLatino-Americanaproject<br />
fromourlateststudioalbum.Ourreturningartistis<br />
theincredibleIsraeli-Canadiancelist,DanielHass,<br />
whodazzledourstudentsandaudiencein2016.<br />
AnotherreturnisviolinistStanislavProninwhois<br />
performingasthefirstviolinistoftheQuartet.<br />
AsalwaysIthankalthegreatparents,private<br />
teachers,schoolteachers,andbusinessesthathelp<br />
maketheYAOprogrampossible.Inthesame<br />
manner,IrecognizeourBoardofDirectorsfor<br />
