Metsis, capercaillie in English, is a bird, whose iridescent song reaches
as far as hundreds of meters. That song permanently crowns the
Hits of the Forest charts and is one of the reasons why we chose it to
be the name, face and representative of our handmade gin. Because
we would also love to reach far.
Its strong characteristics lie behind half-ripe juniper berries, coriander,
lemon peel, mandarin, dried apricot and cinnamon, bringing
you a sharp yet pleasing aroma.
