The Community Kitchen<br />
are hosting a Mexican<br />
Masterclass on the 4th, 6pm-<br />
9pm, where you can create<br />
Mexican Prawn Cocktails<br />
and authentic tortillas. Funds<br />
raised from the class will<br />
support a future ‘Cooking on<br />
a Budget’ course for people on<br />
low incomes and benefits. And<br />
the Summer Vegan Beer and<br />
Cider Festival returns to the<br />
Cowley Club, featuring live<br />
music, local ales, incredible<br />
food and<br />
more.<br />

<strong>Brighton</strong> Racecourse is<br />
hosting two boozy events in<br />
one day on Sat 27th: The<br />
Great British Gin Festival<br />
from 12pm till 4pm and then<br />
Rum & Reggae Festival from<br />
7pm-11pm. In gin, you can<br />
expect samples, talks, cocktail<br />
demos and more, whereas<br />
the rum evening features rare<br />
and special craft rums from<br />
the West Indies, Cuba, South<br />
America and the United<br />
States, as well<br />
as live reggae<br />
acts and<br />
traditional<br />
Jamaican food.<br />
The inaugural outdoor<br />
<strong>Brighton</strong> International Feast<br />
will take place in Norfolk<br />
Square Garden on Sat 27th,<br />
1pm to 4pm. Free, and open<br />
to all, the idea is to bring your<br />
own favourite dish to share, as<br />
arranged by Ambigo and the<br />
Norfolk Square Garden Project.<br />
And on the 6th, a Macaron<br />
Masterclass at <strong>Brighton</strong><br />
Cookery School will give you<br />
the chance to learn how to make<br />
salted caramel, strawberry with<br />
mixed berries paste or lemon<br />
macarons from<br />
9.30am to<br />
12.30pm.<br />
