The annual Alvechurch Picnic in the Park was<br />
officially opened by Professor Sir Keith Porter (above<br />
right) and offered the usual feast of fun for all the<br />
family, including the Dog Show, a wide variety of live<br />
entertainment and an evening event at the cricket club.<br />
