PRODUCTOMSCHRIJVING
• Round edge lamellenschijven combineren het 2 stappen proces van
enerzijds grof schuren met een harde schijf en anderzijds de afwerking met
een schuurschijf. Round edge lamellenschijven zijn speciaal ontwikkeld voor het
schuren van lasnaden op staal en roestvrije werkmaterialen. Dankzij het feit dat
de lamellen periferisch rond de schijf gewikkeld zijn, zorgen deze lamellenschijven
voor een enorme tijdswinst en zijn ze dus veel prijsgunstiger.
• Semi round edge lamellenschijven zijn agressiever en leveren een extreem
hoge materiaalafname. Ze schuren rustig en comfortabel voor geavanceerd
gebruikscomfort. Ze zorgen voor een superieure afwerking en besparen de
gebruiker tijd en geld.
• Wide cloth lamellenschijven (met bredere lamellen) zijn efficienter dan de
gewone lamellenschijven. Dankzij de nieuwe configuratie (bredere lamellen)
is het schuur/afname proces sterk verbeterd. Er is een groter percentage
schuurmateriaal gepositioneerd aan de buitenkant van de schijf.

• Les disques à lamelles rond combinent le processus en 2 étapes: d’une part
ponçage avec un disque dur et d’autre part, finition avec un disque de ponçage.
Les disques rond ont été spécialement développés pour le ponçage des joints de
soudure sur des matériaux de travail en acier inoxydable. Grâce au fait que les
lamelles sont enveloppés de manière périphérique autour du disque, ces disques
