Wholesale Policies MINIMUM: For first-time customers of NatterDoodle, the minimum opening order value is $150. Minimum reorders are $100. Full payment is due upon order placement. NatterDoodle accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), Paypal & check payments. SHIPPING: Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Shipping costs are contingent on the size of the order. Orders are typically shipped via USPS. As our items are made to order, allow at least 2-4 weeks from the time of your order for completion of items. RETURNS: Returns are not accepted. Exception requests must be made in writing directly to us within seven (7) days of delivery date quoting invoice number & reason for return request. No returns are acceptable without NatterDoodle’s prior approval & delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15%, plus shipping. CUSTOM REQUESTS: When possible, we are happy to consider custom requests such as larger size prints, custom map locations, special phrases 7 more! Please make your request in writing to hello@natterdoodle.com for a price quote. Please note, custom orders will require more time for completion & delivery, & will require payment in advance. FAIRE: Customers wishing to use Faire to place an order are encouraged to do so to enjoy the many benefits & ease of ordering. If you are a new NatterDoodle customer or have not ordered with us via Faire previously, please email us (hello@natterdoodle.com) before submitting your Faire order so we can send you a special invitation with an added benefit!
