WARRANTY<br />

<strong>IWELD</strong> Kft offers an extended 2 years Warranty for the following Welding Machines:<br />

All GORILLA ELDING MACHINES, ARC 160 MINI, HEAVY DUTY 250 IGBT and HEAVY DUTY 315 IGBT.<br />

We kindly ask you keep the Original Invoice and the Warranty Card. To reach 2 Years Unlimited Warranty you must make regular<br />

inspection, cleaning and maintenance on your equipment by a professional service workshop. The inspection will have<br />

to involve Shock Protection Test and am overall cleaning by dismounting the covers to make your equipment free from metal<br />

content dust and other impurities.<br />

Together with the above mentioned documents keep the Work Sheet and the Invoice of this maintenance to prove the<br />

proper handling of your device.<br />

The Extended Warranty will cover the cost of labour and spare parts but will not cover any logistic cost. You shall carry the<br />

machine to one of our reseller, preferably to the one you purchase the equipment, or you can send the machine directly to<br />

our Service Point as below:<br />

Low weight and portable suitcase make NEUTRIX perfect for service<br />

engineers and any other purposes, which require a portable<br />

grinder.<br />

Liquid cooled grinding of electrodes results in a smooth and even<br />

surface and at the same time, cooling of the electrodes prevents<br />

overheating. The electrode clamp facilitates grinding of all electrode<br />

diameters and centre the electrodes perfectly.<br />

ULTIMA-TIG-CUT<br />

Grinds electrodes just like the ULTIMA-TIG but in addition, it cuts<br />

them in the precise length for e.g. orbital and robotic welding<br />

and welding in difficult accessible areas. Using liquid cooling for<br />

the cutting device prevents overheating of the electrode. The<br />

grinding dust is collected in a closed container.<br />

Stainless Steel Cleaning- and Embossing devices with<br />

Utilising the latest technology we offer our customers cost-effective,<br />

fast and effective ways of weld cleaning. Our high-quality weld cleaning<br />

equipment quickly removes oxides created during the welding process,<br />

restoring the original material color in an environmentally friendly<br />

manner. It also re-passivates the welds.<br />

Using this electrochemical surface treatment the use of toxic pickling<br />

pastes can be either reduced or completely replaced. In addition, it is<br />

now possible to clean and polish using our high-performance brush.<br />

due to antistatic, heat and flame retardant materials and aramid sewing.<br />
