each week performed by young actors<br />

from PYT’s “Theatre in the Park” summer camp<br />

program. Bring the kids, a picnic dinner and a<br />

blanket to sit on for a fun way to start the<br />

weekend for the whole family.<br />

June 21: Topsy Turvy Tales<br />

Laughs abound in these topsy-turvy folktales<br />

from the Ukraine, including “The<br />

Blabbermouth, the Puff Monster and the<br />

Wolf.”<br />

June 28: The Reluctant Dragon<br />

Find out what happens when the knight rides<br />

to the cave to fight the fire-breathing dragon…and<br />

finds that he doesn’t want to do battle<br />

at all? A funny adaptation of the classic<br />

story.<br />

Comedy Caravan<br />

Music historian and guitarist, Joey Leone, will<br />

cover the history of American blues music<br />

through songs, stories, and historical facts. Joey<br />

has toured as a sideman guitar player for Etta<br />

James, Sam & Dave, and many more. This is as<br />

an all-ages event for the <strong>2019</strong> <strong>Summer</strong> Reading<br />

Challenge.<br />
