Our quality service is matched by the same high-quality products we help you manufacture. Our ISO certified operating processes guarantee a smooth transition throughout each phase of the process—from the initial inquiry and quotation, to sample production, mass production, and finally shipment. Our website has a member area, where you can login and check the status of your production. Our account managers respond within 24 hours to any client inquiry or question. We value transparency in the process. To this end, we welcome you to visit during the Taipei show in the Spring or Taichung Bike week in the Fall, or any other time your schedule permits. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT R&D QUALITY INSPECTION LOGISTICS Our seasoned account managers are your main window of communication, connecting you to the manufacturing process, R&D, and shipping. They respond to your requests within 24 hours and provide you with the feedback you need to make the right decisions for your project. Not every client comes with a fully-developed product. Our international, experienced R&D work with you and the factory manager to make sure we produce the best product for your needs. You can’t build a reputation on poor quality. We deliver the same high-level products that we would want for ourselves. We do in-house and out-sourced QC and testing. Our office also houses the Asian office of one of the strictest bicycle testing service providers. Warehousing, drop-shipping, air shipping— whatever your needs, we have you covered.
