A Sip of Tradition!
Exploring The Delicious World Of Italian Wine.
All our wines are vegan friendly & produced and
bottled to the highest standard in Italy.
This exceptional wine is produced in two
plants in the heart of Italy.
The first plant takes care of the wine
making process. This plant is over 10,000
square meters and lies at the foot of the
hills of Velletri. Velletri region is one of
the highest vocation for wine of Lazio
where the grapes have the best climatic
conditions to develop and mature. The
second plant is over 11,000 square
meters, located on the hills reflected in
the Gulf of Gaeta. Here we take care
of the final stages, storing and finally
bottling the finished wine.
The wine-making plant of Velletri consists
of 40 stainless steel tanks with a storage
capacity of approximately 35,000
hectolitres of wine, and it makes use of
the best wine-making technologies to
preserve and enhance the quality of the
grapes. Also used are winemakers with
external shirts for temperature control,
thanks to a brand new refrigeration
system of 600,000 fr/h. Without at all
forgetting the presence, in the processing
room, of the best technologies for
clarification and filtration of musts.
The plant of Gaeta consists of highly
modern technology facilities for the bottling
and storage of wine, keeping to the goal
of obtaining genuine high quality wines,
whilst always respecting the ancient wine
traditions.
This factory is supplied by 70 stainless steel
tanks, which are temperature controlled,
relying on a refrigerating unit of 600.000 fr/h.
The production capacity of this plant is 6,000
bottles per hour, fully automated, limiting
the human component to the sole task of
monitoring. The total annual production,
amounts to 3,000,000 bottles, divided into
various sizes and types, although the actual
production potential would allow to reach
12,000,000 bottles a year.
Thanks to cutting-edge technology used, the
entire production chain is carried out under
the HACCP control plans, and has obtained
the certification for products by the SGS
international, the world leader in inspection,
verification, testing and certification.
What’s interesting to note is that many
wine terms in the New World are used as
marketing ploys, for example, “reserve”;
however, in Italy, these words actually have
defined meanings.
