Our attendants at the Spa reception desk are looking forward to taking personal
care of you and designing the ideal programme for your stay at the Spa.
what iF i have SpeCial health COnditiOnS?
please let us know them during the interview with your Spa attendant, while
scheduling your appointments. if necessary, you may request a mini check-up with
the doctor.
May i requeSt a Male Or a FeMale therapiSt?
yes, of course, although we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular
therapist or gender.
what ShOuld i wear during My treatMent?
a robe and slippers will be provided in your day locker. take your robe off and
make yourself comfortable, as all our therapists are trained to respect your privacy
at all times. undergarments are provided for body treatments.
what iS the MiniMuM age required?
Our youngest guests are at least 16 years old.
what are the in-Suite treatMentS?
One of the most enjoyable features of the Spa are the in-Suite treatments for 2 up
to 4 guests, which can be easily arranged for a minimal additional fee. Feel free to
ask us.
what iS the CanCellatiOn pOliCy?
Should you need to re-schedule the Spa services we have exclusively booked
for you, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 4 hours before your scheduled
appointment. if you do it under this period, this charge-free possibility will not be
valid and the full charge will be consequently applied as well as in case of not
showing up.
what abOut payMentS and gratuitieS?
Spa services can be charged to your room account; direct credit card payments are
also possible. gratuities are not included .
what abOut My jewelry and valuableS?
please leave all valuables in your room’s safety deposit box or in the lockers of the
changing rooms. the spa is not responsible for lost or forgotten valuables.
what iF i’M late tO My appOintMent?
arriving late may limit the time of your treatment.depending on the length of your
service, a late arrival may be classified as a no show.
hOw early ShOuld i need tO CheCK in FOr My SCheduled
appOintMent?
the earlier, the better. at the beauty Salon, we recommend you to check in 10
min. before your service. at the Spa, you will need to check in at the reception 15
min. before. this period of time will give you enough time to check in, get your
locker assignment, put your robe on and relax for 5 min before your spa treatment
begins. arrive 60 min.before your first treatment if you wish to enjoy our luxurious
wet area facilities with swimming pools, cold plunge, sauna, steam mediterraneo
water paradise, etc.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS
SHOULD I NEED TO KNOW?
we recommend you to eat and drink in moderation and to avoid alcoholic
beverages prior to your spa service, exercise classes, whirlpools and heat
treatments. do not shave your legs before a scrub body treatment. Severe sunburn
may prevent you from enjoying a spa treatment. be careful and use optimal sun
protection.
