organised by Phoenix Project Solutions Ltd.

ADVERTISING OPTIONS
The vision for the Expo Directory/Programme is to create a
document that both visitors and exhibitors keep long after the event
because of the value of the content – a reference text. Listings and
information on the companies within key zones and hubs, company
website addresses, articles, adverts as well as the key information to
enable visitors to plan their day including the programme timings for
Speakers Zone, Workshops 1 and 2, the expo plan, sponsors etc.

The EXPO directory/programme is A6 in size.
1/8 page (landscape 75mm x 52.5mm) £100.00 + VAT

Suitable for an advert or brief article
• The opportunity to take a half or full page and use the space to
educate fellow exhibitors and visitors thus incentivising them further
to visit your stand.
• The opportunity to include a topical article into the EXPO directory/
programme and be seen to be adding value whilst promoting your
company at the same time.
• Every visitor and exhibitor will receive a copy of the EXPO Directory/
Programme.
• The expo directory will be loaded on to the website as an
interactive document so it is always visible and therefore any
adverts, articles etc will continue to be out there and visible. In
future years it will be moved to the web archive folder for that year
so still visible.
