INTRODUCTION
LEPREMIER ARCHITECTS , ENGINEERS and CONTRACTORS was established
with a vision to provide Engineering and Contracting Services as well as
Project Management to its clients. Le Premier has over 15 years of
experience in engineering services and construction works both in the Saudi
Arabia and many parts of the world. Our commitment is supported by hard
work and a superior level of performance based on continuous oversight
of the Engineering aspects of all of our different projects and their
individual requirements.
Our Company provides a modern and unique design approach utilizing the
latest computerized and technological advances, in addition to very high
international standards of construction and finishing works.

Le` Premier offers Project Management and Construction Management services for
projects through experienced and specialized staff, comprising engineers and design &
construction supervisors of various disciplines. Expert assistance is also provided in
project planning, time-scheduling and contract management, quality assurance and
control, costing, health and construction safety, drafting of tender documents and
other disciplines. We use modern software packages and we have compiled standard
databases for quality control and laboratory testing data in order to support Project
and Construction Management activities
