Systec S.A. was founded in 1995 and is based in the industrial area of
Thessaloniki in Greece. The company started as a supplier of high tech
components for well known German companies operating in energy te chno -
logies, lighting engineering and medical applications.
Since 1999 Systec has its own research and development department,
designing innovative products for different business fields like medical
technology, naval industry, broadcast industry and various electrical lightaudio
signal applications.
The continuous growth of the company is based on innovation associated
with close contact to customers. They provide the ideas for new applications

After many years of partnership with Sachtler as a supplier of components
and finished goods, end of 2008 Camera Dynamics licensed Systec to
produce market and sell the Director Classic Tungsten Fresnel luminaires
worldwide under the brand label of “Sachtler Lighting”.
