COVID-19 Mental Health Issues: A Compilation

NNDC-IF’s Founder, Dr. Murali Rao, has hand-curated the most educational and informative resources on COVID-19 into one grand e-book. These resources talk about the science behind the novel coronavirus, the history of pandemics, how we must combat the virus, the toll it takes on physical and mental health, and how to maintain a positive mental well-being. The online version here is free for all to read. NNDC- India Foundation also has a downloadable PDF version available; it is gifted to those who donate to NNDC- India Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit foundation. Donations help NNDC-IF train instructors, secure volunteers, develop programs, and travel to communities across India and the US to educate, spread awareness about mental health, and offer medical resources to those in need. In doing so, they hope to help those that are suffering and provide them with the support and care they need to get better. If you would like to make a donation, you can do so at www.nndcifoundation.org/donate. NNDC-IF suggests a donation of 25 USD, 450 INR, or US equivalent- however, any amount helps to push this vital mission forward! This donation will go towards the initiatives mentioned above, as well as expanding and providing this publication to struggling communities.
