MDL-Model là dòng Dock leveler cơ khí hoạt động bằng hệ thống xích lò xo đẩy phối hợp với hệ thống cơ khí.
MDL-Model không sử dụng điện khi hoạt động nên ít tiêu tốn điện năng. Tuy nhiên sản phẩm vận hành khá phức tạp, tốn chi phí cao khi bảo hành, bảo trì.

01 / Kéo mốc chốt ở gần chân để mở dock.
02 / Kéo mốc chốt ở gần chân để mở dock.
03 / Kéo mốc chốt ở gần đầu dock để đóng chân đỡ dock. Lip và mặt sàn
được hạ chạm thùng xe. Khóa sàn tự động được kích hoạt (ngăn không cho
sàn nâng lên).
04 / Tiến hành bốc dỡ hàng.
05 / Kéo mốc chốt ở gần chân để mở dock đồng thời lip sẽ được đóng lại.
06 / Di chuyển về đầu dock để sàn dock hạ xuống. Đồng thời khóa sàn tự
động được kích hoạt (ngăn không cho sàn nâng lên). kết thúc quá trình
làm việc.
