Each artist walked over to Q with hugs<br />

after killing it onstage! Michael Jackson’s<br />

80’s hits brought nostalgic moments<br />

as videos of Q, and MJ working<br />

together filled the screens. People dancing,<br />

singing along, and jamming!<br />

We need more shows like this! Covers<br />

to “Pretty Young Thing”, “Off the<br />

Wall”, and “Lady in my Life” captured<br />

with breathtaking energy! The ‘Thriller’(still<br />

a top selling album)presentation<br />

included viral dancer, Salif Gueye,<br />

a special guest performer imitating MJ’s<br />

moves on;<br />

“Don’t Stop till You Get Enough”, and<br />

“Billie Jean”.<br />

Lebanese musician Ibrahim Maaloof ’s<br />

stirring trumpet solo mesmerized the<br />

tremendous crowd. His melodic intro<br />

to “Human Nature” brought peaceful<br />

vibes, exquisite horn notes, and a<br />

standing ovation of applause.<br />

The excellent players in Q’s orchestra<br />

conducted by John Clayton, a high<br />

school friend of his.<br />

This first rate music concert introduced<br />

a welcoming international audience to<br />

a new generation of artists. <strong>Quincy</strong><br />

spoke of them, and us as a society with<br />

advice on his approach to life, and benefits<br />

of team work; “This is about we,<br />

us, ours. I swear by that”…<br />
