Triangle site analysis
The Triangle Site has primarily industrial-related
use at the time of writing, in 2020. Currently
it is occupied by a CEMEX concrete
plant, a construction skills centre established
as part of the King’s Cross development and
associated outdoor storage.
The site is bisected by the rail running towards
King’s Cross.
There are a couple of buildings structures
related to railway uses and a relatively large
lawn area with a few trees.
Relatively steep level differences make the
site to be shaped as a basin.
The Northern tip of the site is a green area
adjacent to residential buildings and provides
a great view of the site.
