pork chops marinated in brown sugar and topped with a grilled pineapple ring<br />

-1 Crazy Fresh cored pineapple,<br />
cut into 4 thick rings<br />
- 8 oz pineapple juice<br />
-1/4 cup light brown sugar<br />
-1/4 cup soy sauce<br />
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder<br />
-1/2 teaspoon ginger powder<br />
-1/8 teaspoon ground black<br />
pepper<br />
- 4 boneless pork chops<br />
1. In a large plastic Ziploc, mix<br />
together pineapple juice,<br />
brown sugar, soy sauce,<br />
garlic powder, ginger<br />
powder and black pepper.<br />
2. Place pork chops in<br />
marinade. Place in fridge at<br />
least 4 hours.<br />
3. Preheat grill to 350 F. Rub<br />
grates with oil.<br />
4. Place pork chops on grill for<br />
5-8 minutes per side. Brush<br />
with marinade.<br />
5. Grill pineapple rings until<br />
grill marks appear.<br />
6. Let pork chops rest 10-15<br />
minutes, top with pineapple<br />

Ingredients<br />
- 2 zucchinis<br />
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning<br />
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic<br />
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder<br />
- 1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper<br />
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice<br />
Preparation<br />
1. Slice zucchini into small<br />
disks, cutting on a diagonal.<br />
2. Place all ingredients into a<br />
large Ziploc bag, and shake<br />
it all together so zucchini<br />
gets coated evenly.<br />
3. For the best flavor, let<br />
zucchini marinate in the<br />
fridge for at least 15<br />
minutes.<br />
4. Preheat grill over<br />
medium-low heat. Place<br />
zucchini on grill, and grill<br />
2-3 minutes on each side.

- 1 package Crazy Fresh<br />
Cauliflower Steaks<br />
- 1/4 cup olive oil<br />
- 2 limes, zested and juiced<br />
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated<br />
- 1 teaspoon honey<br />
- 2 tablespoons paprika<br />
- 1 tablespoon chipotle<br />
powder<br />
- 1 teaspoon salt<br />
- 1/4 cup finely chopped<br />
cilantro leaves<br />
- Lime wedges to serve<br />
Preparation<br />
1. Whisk olive oil with lime<br />
juice in a small bowl. Whisk<br />
in garlic and honey. In a<br />
separate bowl, mix the lime<br />
zest, paprika, chipotle and<br />
salt.<br />
2. Heat a grill to medium.<br />
Brush one side of each<br />
cauliflower steak with the<br />
olive oil mixture and<br />
sprinkle generously with<br />
the chipotle powder<br />
mixture.<br />
3. Place the seasoned side<br />
down on the grill. Repeat<br />
on the other side. Cook<br />
each side for 5-6 minutes.

- 8 ears corn, shucked<br />
- 1 tablespoon olive oil<br />
- 6 tablespoons butter<br />
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic<br />
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh<br />
parsley, chopped<br />
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme,<br />
chopped<br />
- Salt and pepper to taste<br />
Preparation<br />
1. Preheat grill to medium<br />
heat.<br />
2. Brush olive oil all over the<br />
corn.<br />
3. Place corn on the grill, and<br />
cook for 2-3 minutes per<br />
side or until kernels are<br />
starting to brown. Total<br />
cook time is about 8-10<br />

4. Place butter, garlic, parsley,<br />
thyme, salt and pepper in<br />
a bowl. Microwave in 30<br />
second increments until<br />

5. Brush over grilled corn.

Preparation<br />
1. Preheat grill to 350 F.<br />
2. In a small bowl, combine<br />
brown sugar and maple<br />
syrup.<br />
3. Slice pineapple into 3/4"<br />
thick slices.<br />
4. Dollop the brown sugar<br />
mixture onto each slice,<br />
spreading evenly over each.<br />
5. Place on grill grates, and<br />
cook for 4-8 minutes per<br />
side or until you have a nice<br />
char on each side.<br />
6. Transfer to a serving platter<br />
and lightly sprinkle with sea<br />

- 4-5 1-inch watermelon slices<br />
- 1/4 cup honey<br />
- 2 limes, halved<br />
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled<br />

Preparation<br />
1. Preheat grill on high heat.<br />
2. Drizzle the watermelon<br />
slices on one side with<br />
honey. Add them to grill<br />
honey-side down, along<br />
with the limes.<br />
3. Grill for 5-8 minutes, until<br />
caramelized.<br />
4. Remove from grill and cut<br />
into 1-inch cubes. Add to<br />
bowl with goat cheese, and<br />
gently toss together.<br />
5. Squeeze the grilled limes<br />
over it, and sprinkle with<br />
mint. Serve.

- 2 tablespoons honey<br />
- 1 teaspoon vanilla<br />

halved + pit removed<br />
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving<br />
Preparation<br />
1. Add butter to skillet over<br />
medium heat. Allow<br />
butter to brown until it<br />
smells toasted and is deep<br />
golden brown, about 3-4<br />
minutes.<br />
2. Transfer butter to a bowl<br />
and stir in honey, vanilla<br />
and cinnamon.<br />
3. Preheat grill to<br />
medium-high heat and<br />
brush grates with oil. Grill<br />
for 2-3 minutes per side.<br />
Remove and immediately<br />
drizzle with brown butter<br />
mixture. Serve with vanilla<br />
ice cream.
