The European Parliament, Our AllyBetween December 2018 and April 2019 the project “TheEuropean Parliament, Our Ally” was implemented with a grantfrom Generation Now: Our Health, Our Rights partnership. Theaim was to facilitate discussions between youth advocates anddecision-makers regarding the importance for young people tohave access to sexual and reproductive health and rightsinformation, education and services, including ComprehensiveSexuality Education.The project included capacity-building, empowering youngpeople to become effective advocates for youth SRHR and faceto-facemeetings between youth advocates and Members of theEuropean Parliament. Because YouAct believes in solidarity, wedocumented this initiative and developed a toolkit, aiming toshare the lessons learnt with other interested organizations andsupport them in making the case on why the EuropeanParliament should be taking access to CSE forward. The resultsof this successful project were shared at the Generation NowPre-Conference at Women Deliver 2019.16
