is again reminding all property owners, tenants and
residents of said township to, by law (SDCL 31-31-2),
check your right-of-ways and to cut, remove, destroy
and spray any trees and brush or to make any
arrangements to do so. Also a reminder not to farm
in road right of ways, since the landowner could be
held liable for any accident. Remember that the road
right-of-way extends out 33 feet from the center of
the road. Also, any ditch cleaning should be approved
by the Board.
