Teachers at Paideia
The strongest programs at Paideia do not come
from a national standardized curriculum or
the dictates of an administrative committee or
the board of trustees, but spring instead from
the entrepreneurial energy and passions of
teachers. Teachers draw on their knowledge
and experiences as well as their own creativity.
There is no one profile of teacher at Paideia.
Some began their careers here, others came
from public schools; a few taught previously
in college, and some left other professions to
become teachers. Paideia does not expect
