Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and trucking carriers, and use the carrier offering the lowest price based on
package size, weight, and final destination. We aim to ship in-stock items the same business day, when
received by 12 pm, Pacific Time. When after 12 pm PT, we will ship the next business day.

International Shipping
For shipment outside the United States and its territories, contact our sales experts for a quote at

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and a tracking information email
shortly after. If you do not receive either emails, give us a call at 562-946-6568 or email us at
sales@boxertool.com. Once you have the tracking information, you are also able to check the status of your
package on the shipping carrier's website.
Return Policy
No merchandise can be returned without prior written authorization from our office. Material cut to order, and
custom made tie-down is final sale.
If authorization is given, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus outbound freight charge.
Merchandise must be returned, freight prepaid, and credit will be issued at invoiced price less than the original
outbound freight cost and re-stocking fee.
Boxer Tools should not be liable for any loss caused by, or resulting from, the failure to disseminate
instructions and or warnings. Customers are urged to understand and comply with all State, Local, and Federal
laws, as well as consensus standards for their industry.

Our Warranty
Boxer Tools makes every effort to assure that our products meet a high quality standard. We warrant all new
products to original purchasers against any defect in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to defect due to misuse, abuse, negligence, repair, or alterations outside our facilities.
Any alterations or assemblies done to our finished goods or parts will not be covered under our warranty policy.
Alterations and assemblies done by the user will be at their own risk.
