START IMPORTING DIRECTLY FROM CHINA WITH THESE 5 STEPS:

1. SELECT PRODUCTS

Review the Sinowell Price List and fill in the Sinowell Order Form with the desired order quantity. It will

automatically calculate the volume, weight, and amount of your order to make it fit either a 20′ or 40′ container.

2. CONFIRM PI

We will make a PI (Proforma invoice) for you according to your order. The PI is a legal contract

in international business. It includes product details, lead time, shipping methods, trade terms,

payment terms and banking information.

quantity, and unit price/package

Lead Time

From 7-25 days upon the receipt of deposit,

depending on stock available

Payment Terms

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of

Credit), Paypal and Western Union are all

acceptable. T/T is the most commonly used

method

Trade Term

Usually it′s FOB Shanghai, which means the customer must to pay

for the freight from Shanghai to your destination.

Banking Information

Include the banking details required to make the

international payment.

Shipping Methods

Sea, air, or UPS/FedEx/DHL. optional for shipping. Sea freight is the cheapest,

but takes longest (14 days from Shanghai to Los Angeles). Air freight and UPS/

FedEx/DHL only take 2-6 days, but are more expensive (This is suitable for

high-value goods and sample orders)

3. MAKE PAYMENT

Once the PI is confirmed, you need to transfer a 30% deposit before production, and then the remaining balance

before delivery. For orders less than $5,000.00 USD, please transfer the full payment in one transaction to avoid

fees from both sides.

4. ARRANGE DELIVERY

When the order is almost ready, you will need to find a shipping forwarder to arrange delivery; or we can

arrange it on your behalf. If shipping with UPS/FedEx/DHL, no additional arrangements need to be made.

5. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Once the cargo has landed in your country, you can let your shipping forwarder present the documents including

the B/L (Bill of Lading), Commercial Invoice, and Packing List to clear customs, and pay the import tariff and other

charges. Once the cargo clears customs, the shipping forwarder will arrange delivery to your warehouse.

Note:

-Normally we will Telex Release the B/L, so you only need to present copies of the Commercial Invoice, Packing List,

and Telex Released B/L to clear customs.

-For orders sent via UPS/FedEx/DHL, they will clear customs for you, so you don′t need to present any documents.
