TERMS & CONDITIONS<br />

Price & Payment<br />

Enclosed within the catalogue is a price list in Euro. Prices are correct at the time of going to print in September <strong>2020</strong> and are subject to change. All prices exclude postage and packaging. All quotations<br />

and pro-forma invoices are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.<br />

All deliveries are charged at cost but additional charges may occur for bulky items. Prices remain firm unless circumstances are beyond our control i.e. increase in carriage costs. Please ring our sales team<br />

for further information. Payment can be made by: Cheque, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Bank Draft. When making a payment please ensure that you include your Customer Reference Number<br />

which can be found on all invoices/statements, this will ensure we can identify your payment.<br />

Terms & Conditions<br />

All products supplied by <strong>McSport</strong> are on the express understanding that the purchaser agrees with the company’s main and full terms & conditions of sale. We regret we cannot entertain claims for<br />

missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 5 days of the date of delivery, regardless of the person who has signed for the goods at the consignment delivery point. This is<br />

necessary due to the short period of time we have to claim against carriers for damage in transit.<br />

Returns<br />

If you need to return an item(s) for any reason, please contact our Returns Department first for authorisation and a returns reference number. You can contact our returns dept. by email at<br />

returns@mcsport.ie or by phone on 01-293 0005. All returns received without a valid returns reference number will be automatically rejected. Custom Made and Personalised Items are non-returnable and<br />

some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.<br />

All returned goods must be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Return postage is at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while<br />

they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. On no account should<br />

customers attempt to return products without following procedures outlined by <strong>McSport</strong> at the time of notification.<br />

Products over-ordered, incorrectly ordered or no longer required will be refunded (subject to a restocking charge) if returned in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition no later than 10 working<br />

days from receipt. All refunds, in any case, will be processed within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via email your return has been accepted. A credit will remain on your account for future use as a<br />

cash refund can’t be given. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.<br />

If goods are defective, please contact our team immediately. We will need to receive a photo of the goods prior to issuing you with a returns reference number and prior to offering you a replacement,<br />

repair or refund as per your statutory rights. All defective returns will be examined further once received to ensure they are defective and our team will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period.<br />

Only defective returns reported within thirty (30) days of the invoice date are entitled to a cash refund. For defective returns after thirty (30) days, refunds will be in the form of a credit note on your<br />

account for future use. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.<br />

Delivery<br />

Delivery will be made within 7-10 days, charged at cost price. Stock changes daily, so there is no guarantee the items are in stock immediately. Longer lead times may apply to custom designed products<br />

and special orders. Every effort will be made to deliver all goods on time but no responsibility can be accepted for late or non delivery.<br />

All shortages, damages or non delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone and in writing within 5 working days. Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by the carriers’<br />

consignment or proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short or damaged as appropriate. All deliveries should be checked to ensure that the correct number of packages,<br />

boxes or cartons, being signed for have been delivered as no responsibility can be accepted afterwards for non or short delivery, if there is a discrepancy.<br />

All orders are subject to a standard delivery/carriage and a packing charge of €5.95. There is an additional carriage charge due to the weight and size of some products. Please contact our sales office to<br />

get a quote on the exact delivery price of heavier products.<br />
