Certificates of attendance will be issued as of Friday March 19 in the afternoon through
the designated stations in the registration area.
participants are kindly requested to complete the conference general evaluation form
in return for a certificate.
Certificates of attendance can also be downloaded online through our website after
the event.
cuRRency
the currency in belgium is the euro.
exhIbItIOn
an exhibition will be held in the exhibition area. the exhibition will be open on thursday
March 18, 2010 at 18:00, on Friday 19 between 09:30 and 17:00 and Saturday 20 between
9:30 and 11:00. Entrance is free of charge for all participants and registered accompanying
persons.
InsuRance
the organiser does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance.
participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance
policies.
In case an unforeseen event would force estRO to cancel the meeting, the society will
reimburse the participants the registration fee minus 15% for handling charges. estRO
will not be responsible for the refund of travel and accommodation costs.
luncheOns and RefReshMents
the registration fee for the meeting includes lunch on friday 19 March. Refreshments
will be served during coffee breaks to all participants and exhibitors wearing their
conference badges.
satellIte syMpOsIa
commercial satellite symposia will be held during the conference (see programme
on p.15).
sMOkInG
there will be a strict non-smoking policy within all areas of the conference facilities
used for the meeting.
sOcIal actIVItIes
all participants, registered accompanying persons and all company delegates are invited
to the official opening ceremony which will be held in the main auditorium on Thursday
18 March at 15:00. The welcome reception will take place in the exhibition area at
18.00.
