General
We deliver all items without contents or decoration, unless otherwise
explicitly stated in the item description. Our prices (item and printing
prices) as well the item descriptions and dimensions are principally
non-binding and exclude the legally applicable VAT (except for
exports). Only while stocks last. We reserve the right to increase the
prices. We gladly arrange gift packaging, direct dispatch in your
name as well as picking and packing for a surchage. All brands
shown in the catalogue are the property of the customers. We also
reserve the right to change or modify the models.
Delivery periods:
Neutral stock goods are delivered as soon as possible. The delivery
period for printed orders is approx. 2 weeks after film, copy proof
or print sample approval. Shorter lead-times are possible subject to
agreement.
Delivery conditions:
The cited prices are excluding the legally valid VAT. For a net order
value of €1,000, we deliver the goods to a drop-off point in Germany
franco domicile. Payment within 8 days, 2% discount. Net
payment within 14 days.
We demand a deposit of 30% for special productions after order
confirmation. Payment of the net balance immediately after
receipt of the goods. Production of a sample for a flat-rate sum of
€120 for the related costs, every change will be calculated at the
same amounted, approvals per email are free of charge.
Information regarding customisations:
The printing prices apply for a one-coloured imprint in one position if
not otherwise stated in the item description. The printing prices apply
for the optimum advertising size stated in the item description. We will
be pleased to provide you with a quote for further customisations or
multicoloured imprints.
The initial costs are €62.50 per item and per customisation. For follow-up
orders you save €10.00 on the initial costs.
The costs for a print sample are €40.00 per colour. The approval per
email is free of charge.
We will be pleased to provide you with an individual quote for further
services, such as additional print samples, etc.
Print/Data Carrier/Print Films/Print Colours:
For the advertising imprint we require reproducible data, vectorised
EPS/PDF/AI files with a resolution of 300 dpi, which should be created
1:1.
If you do not state precise Pantone/HKS details regarding the colour,
we will choose a corresponding standard shade.
Please note that depending on the material, minimal deviations in the
colours can occur. The screens and printing plates are deleted after the
goods have been delivered.
