The Bentley’s wished for a four bedroom house with a minimum of 3 bathrooms. Alongside that, the parents also wished for a home
gym, movie room for their children, and a quiet study with library shelving, all while having an open floor concept. Incorporating
their wish list, this floor plan bounces off the concept of the ocean. While having an array of openness, yet all in motion together,
the floor plan allows the family to have an open concept while still giving privacy to the sleeping quarters. An additional bathroom
was added behind the kitchen wall in order to provide an accessible bathroom for guests, and two patios were designed

for the family to entertain. Selecting light neutral tones for paint with highlights of white for the trim, keep this residence welcoming.
Adding in blue cool tone pops and mixing metals brought needed contrast to the space, allowing the eye to trace floor to ceiling.
