Terms & Conditions
1. RETURNS
Goods where properly supplied may not be returned except by prior written authority.
All goods must be in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging which must be completely intact. A
re-stocking charge of 25% may apply on all returned items.
2. CARRIAGE
We ship all orders in excess of €300/£250 nett carriage-free. All orders under €300/£250 shall incur carriage
charges of €15/£15 per carton. Orders required urgently which are requested by special delivery will have the
carriage charged at cost.
3. LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
In order to validate a claim for any loss or damage to goods during transit the company must be advised in writing
within 5 days from date of dispatch.
4. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
All goods shall remain the property of the company until such time as payment in full has been received. In the
event of default of payment the company reserves the right to repossess the goods without notice or other formality.
5. FAULTY GOODS
Any goods supplied by the company which are deemed to be faulty shall be replaced free of charge, however the
company shall not accept liability for any secondary charges or expenses.
6. PROOF OF DELIVERY
All our couriers hold records of proof of delivery for six months. Therefore we cannot accommodate requests for
proof of delivery later than six months from issue date of invoice.
