Congratulations to you on your
graduation from the Physical
Education programme. You have
completed a significant milestone
in your lives and have reached the
end of what I am sure has been a
fun, enlightening – and at times,
challenging – three-year journey.
Today is the culmination of your commitment and hard work over the last three
years.
We have had a great three years, some of our educational adventures I will never
forget, WAKTU, Debdale windsurfing, Becky Adlington's swim stars. You have
been a great cohort of students. I look forward to seeing what you can achieve.
Upon meeting you all I had quickly recognised that you are a knowledgeable,
passionate and determined bunch! Now is the time to take what you’ve learned
here at UCFB and – along with the same determination and passion – go out
there and begin a new chapter in your lives. I have every confidence that you
are all in a great position to establish an exceptional career within the sports
industry. Your time at UCFB may be up, but I’m sure we’ll be hearing about
some of you again in the future. Good luck and my very best wishes with
whatever the future holds.
