Our students’ outstandingsuccess at A-level is never accidental. With graduateteachers passionate about their subjects and excellentstaffing ratios, students are closely guided andsupported to gain the qualifications and study skillsnecessary for Higher Education.A team of specialist tutors guides students through theentire UCAS process and professional careers adviceis available. The expertise of academic staff providesthe best possible support for students with their HE orcareer aims. Individual student attention is at the verycentre of what we do. The extensive tutor programmeis tailored to the needs of our students and we aim todevelop self-confidence and encourage all studentsto actively participate in the life of the school andthe local community. Sixth Form students developeffective leadership and team working skills and areencouraged to initiate their own groups and societies.Recently, this has led to the development of a debatingsociety and a medical society.
