Step 2: Transfer photos to Android
Connect your Android phone to PC with a USB cable, then click the File Explorer on your
computer > double-click your Android phone's name to open it > open the DCIM folder.
Then head to the folder that stores the downloaded iCloud photos, drag and drop the photos
from PC to your Android phone.
Tip: If you are using a Mac computer, you can use Android File Transfer to transfer photos
from Mac to Android.
