greyer areas. Greener areas can even re-connect commun<strong>it</strong>ies and rek<strong>in</strong>dle a sense of<br />
neighbourl<strong>in</strong>ess, a tra<strong>it</strong> that <strong>is</strong> often said <strong>to</strong> be m<strong>is</strong>s<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> modern S<strong>in</strong>gapore.<br />
