Prices
The eco participation (1,15€ day/person) for the Camping, (1,80€
day/person) for the Bungalows VAT is included.
Option
Options have no contractual value. All options will be
cancelled if deposit is not paid within 10 days.
How to book
Complete the booking form on the back of the brochure
and send it directly to Bagheera together with the
following deposit:
Camping pitch: 30 % + 30€ booking fees.
Bungalow 30 % + 30€ booking fees and cleaning fees
of 45€ or 55€.
After having received your booking form and it has
been accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation.
If your requests were not satisfied, your deposit will
be refunded. (Please contact us before returning the
booking form).
The campsite number is allocated for information
only and may be altered according to the Centre’s
requirements.
Payment conditions
Payments can be made by international warrant, credit card
or cash.
Campsite : the amount should be paid on arrival.
Bungalow : the amount should be paid a month before the date of
arrival at the latest. Failing to settle the payment
on time, your reservation will be cancelled. No reduction will be
granted in the event of early departure.
Times of arrival and departure
Camping: Arrival every day from 12pm. Departure every day before
12pm.
Arrival every day from 4.30 pm. Departure every day before 10 am.
Your bungalow will be clean on arrival, you are responsible for its
maintenance and it should be left clean on departure. The cleaning
is compulsory and you will be charged from 45€ to 55€ depending
on the type of the bungalow. You will be charged an extra night if
you return the key after 10

Rules and regulations
All clients must abide by the rules and regulations of the centre
(F.E.N. charter).
We reserve the right to refuse or exclude any person whose
behaviour is not in accordance with naturist criteria.
Animals
Animals are welcome on the domain (see prices) solely providing
they are kept on lead and upon presentation of a valid anti-rabies
vaccination certificate. Their owners must stipulate the presence
of their animal at the time of booking. If the presence of animals
is not stipulated in advance, entrance may be refused.
Jurisdiction
Photos and text are not contractual. In case of a legal dispute,
Bastia tribunal will be the only competent jurisdiction.
Safety deposit
A 20€ deposit for an entrance badge for the car will be requested
on arrival. This deposit is compulsory (for safety reasons) and
will be refunded on return of the badge on departure. You will not
be reimbursed if lost. For bungalows: a ‘surety’ of 300€ by credit
card will be requested on arrival which will be returned to you on
departure, during office hours, after inspection of the premises. If
you cannot be present during inspection (departure outside office
hours), the deposit will be reimbursed after deduction of eventual
costs of repairs, damaged or missing equipment.
Cancellation
All bookings not settled according to the general sale terms and
conditions will be cancelled. For cancellation made 16 days or
more before the date of arrival, the booking fees of 25% of the
total amount will be retained or will remain to be settled. For
cancellation made below 16 days or if you are not present on the
due date, the full amount will be retained. If cancellation is made by
Bagheera, except for act of God, the client will be fully reimbursed.
In all cases the booking fees are not reimbursable.
After having brought the matter before « the SAS BAGEERA », and
failing a satisfactory reply within “90 days”, customer can refer
to the Ombudsman of Tourism and Travel, whose contact details
and procedures of appeal are available on the site: www.mtv.travel

Responsibility
The domain of Bagheera declines any liability for theft, fire, bad
weather conditions … or any Third Party Liabilitya incident. The
centre declines any liability for any damage made to camping
material. The client should take an insurance himself.
Visitor rates
Visitor’s car must be left in the car park. All visitors are requested
to report to reception to comply
with formalities.
Cars
The right to park your vehicle near your bungalow, is a special
privilege. Do not abuse it!
Fire
It is strictly forbidden, for safety reasons and by prefectural order
to light a fire.
Radios, various, noises
Radios and various noises, are only tolerated in so far as they stay
unheard by your immediate neighbours. If you come back late in the
evening, loud voices and closing doors disturb sleeping neighbours.
Think about them!
Papers, cigarettes butts, etc…
The smaller they are, the harder they are to remove.Teach your
children to throw gum, sweets and ice cream wrappers in the bin.
Cigarette butts, strewn along walking paths are very annoying
to non smokers. The cleanliness of the centre and the sanitary
facilities ensures a pleasant stay for all of our guests
Greenery
It is forbidden to cut trees and branches or to uproot plants, a
number of which are protected species
Deck chairs
It is forbidden to take bungalows deck chairs on the beach. You can
rent deck chairs for the beach at the reception.
