Christ has made an all sufficient atonement for all my sins; past,<br />
present, and to come; which, while it humbles me in the dust of<br />
self abhorrence, makes me increasingly long to be like Him.<br />

We have but a brief space left to show our love to Christ. Let us<br />
work for Him, live for Him, live to Him, and look forward to<br />
living with Him.<br />

I would like to hear if all is well with you, and if you are making<br />
progress heavenward, homeward, and if <strong>Jesus</strong> is increasingly<br />
precious to your soul.<br />

We do not know how soon we may be called to render in an<br />
account to God? One step and we are there, in the very presence<br />
of a holy, heart searching Jehovah. Is there anything upon earth<br />
of equal importance to this?<br />

Worldly prosperity is unfavorable soil for the true Christian to<br />
grow in. It stupefies the soul.<br />

What a grief it is to me to see those professing Christ, and yet<br />
living for the world. Oh that this evil might be subdued in me!<br />
