TEE BOOKINGS
Tee times need to be booked on computer, and are open two weeks
ahead for most events. Access via the computer kiosks near the
golf office and in the pro shop will be available from 12pm, with
access on the Web Portal from 4pm. ALL players MUST report
to the starter ready to play 20 minutes before their starting time. If
unable to play, players MUST notify the starter prior to the start of
that day’s play. The starter has control over dispatch of the field.
CANCELLATIONS
A player who cancels on the day is not eligible to play in the event
from which they cancelled.
LATE ARRIVALS
Players not ready to start when called by the starter may be moved
to the end of the field (or elsewhere at the discretion of the starter)
or not allowed to start.
PLAYERS WITHOUT A BOOKING
Players who wish to play in a competition and who have not booked
a starting time MUST contact the Pro Shop for a starting time
WHICH CAN BE NO LATER THAN 15 minutes after the last hit-off
time of that day’s competition. Visitors’ names may not be entered
until Monday pm preceding play or at discretion of the captain.
HANDICAPPING
Players cannot participate in Thursday Competitions to return
cards to gain handicaps. It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER to do this.
DRESS REGULATIONS
Permitted:Tailored slacks, shorts, skorts, skirts and shirts with
collars.
Not Permitted: track suits, singlet tops, sun tops, washed out or
denim jeans, abbreviated shorts or skirts.
MATCH COMMITTEE
The Match Committee will be responsible for the selection of all
Club teams, including Pennants, from players who nominate. They
are also responsible for the compilation of the Fixtures Book. The
program is subject to change at their discretion.
COMPREHENSIVE TERMS OF THE COMPETITIONS
Detailed TERMS OF THE COMPETITION can be viewed in the
ladies golf folder outside the Golf Office.
