RUBBERS
A unique vulcanization process improves the elasticity of rubber by forming thousands
of polysulfide bonds (in yellow in illustration 2) between the macromolecules
of the sponge (in blue and white in illustration 2). A significant proportion of natural
rubber, combined with uniform cells (in dark beige in illustration 1), constitute the
special features of our sponge. The 3D network is optimized and can respond
more effectively to the impact of each ball. This optimization of the nature/structure
dimension of the material is the key to new levels of performance in terms of
rendering energy. This key technology now has a name : DynaCell.
Made of 90% natural rubber, the Efficient Curve top-sheet achieves an unrivalled
