200 SERIES WOOD CHISELS – SHORT BLADE
Sheffield blades made all one length from high quality chrome
carbon ball bearing grade steel. Short series blade for strength
and control during use. Blades are precision ground to high
standards of accuracy, with a descriptive etch mark displaying
the size. Hardened and tempered to 58-60HRC, for cutting edge
durability. Electrophoretic lacquered for greater corrosion
protection. Handles are made from impact-resistant amber
colored cellulose acetate.

5000 SERIES CHISELS – LONG BLADE
The traditional “carver” shaped handle is made from high gloss
polypropylene to resist deformation and most workplace solvents
and corrosive liquids. The handle design is preferred for intricate
paring jobs. The blades are all one length(145 mm), made from
carbon steel, and hardened for the first 65 mm of length, precision
ground on all faces to a high standard of accuracy, with the point
honed ready for use straight off of the shelf. Blades are lacquer
coated for corrosion resistance.
