Bizofol ABA:
An insulating material with a very long service life, in which both sides are covered
with aluminum foil and in between there is a nylon with air bubbles and has a
weight of 210 g / m² (0.46 lb / 3.28 sq ft). This material can be used individually in
the tents for accommodation, construction sites, dining rooms, storage areas and
in the tents for production with Izofelt.
Izofelt:
This is an insulating material specially made for Gülecyüz tents from 100%
odorless polyester, without the content of recycled materials that do not harbor
bacteria, with very high moisture absorption capacity and quick-drying properties,
with a weight of 500 g / m²(1.1 lb / 3.28 sq ft) and with a very long service life in a
white color. This material is generally used together with Bizofol ABA.
Tarpaulinas lining:
This is made of original raw material, weights per m², varying depending on
the intended use, made of polyethylene or polypropylene, washable, no
bacteria-harboring tent material.
Tarpaulin as the last layer:
Used as the top layer for tents. PVC tarpaulin that does not ignite flames,
additive UV protection (against harmful sun rays), 1100 dtex, 650 gr / m²
(1.43 lb / 3.28 sq ft)(1.43 lb / 3.28 ft), very resistant to tearing and tearing,
certified as suitable for living, no bacteria accommodation, odorless, water
and airtight. Assembly is carried out with the help of robots at high
frequencies. The manufacturing certificates of the tarpaulins used for tents
will be handed over to you. Insist on receiving these certificates.
Complete insulation:
The (lower) front and rear sides of the tent are insulated. 1st layer: PVC tarpaulin, 2nd layer:
Bizofol ABA and the 3rd layer consists of the last tarpaulin. This feature ensures that the tent
is completely insulated. In particular, if you need to minimize heat and moisture loss, you
should insist on it.
Doors:
Doors are made of galvanized profile in the same scales, depending on the model and width of the
tent, with the dimensions best suited to the purpose. If desired, a service door can be installed in the
entrance door and an additional door on the side of the tent.
Venting: In our tents, round ducts made of galvanized sheet metal or roof ridge systems are used
for ventilation. There are no price differences between the two systems. Depending on the type of
use and the properties of the installation site, both systems can be preferred.
Window: Window systems with fiber fleece, tarpaulin with zipper or profile border with tarpaulin or
PVC windows can be applied to the body part of the tent. PVC windows ensure that the interior of
the tent is lighter and is constantly supplied with clean air.
