1 Dealers and Distributors orders to Hytera Communications Ltd are in full<br />
acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.<br />
2 Dealers and Distributors shall order Products by either submitting a signed<br />
purchase order to the Hytera Partner Purchasing Portal quoting the order<br />
number and dealer buy price for each item listed, or by ordering directly<br />
via the Purchasing online shop. Failure to do this will result in orders being<br />
returned for clarification. Partners wishing to register for purchasing access<br />
to the Partner Portal must have approval and confirmation from their<br />
company director.<br />

7 Hytera Communications Ltd provides a parts and labour warranty for all<br />
transceivers for a period of 24 months from the date that the goods are<br />
despatched from Hytera Communications Ltd’s premises. This warranty is<br />
void if the defect is caused by the end-user/customer/dealers improper<br />
handling, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair or modification of the<br />
Hytera products in question.<br />
