1 Dealers and Distributors orders to Hytera Communications Ltd are in full
acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
2 Dealers and Distributors shall order Products by either submitting a signed
purchase order to the Hytera Partner Purchasing Portal quoting the order
number and dealer buy price for each item listed, or by ordering directly
via the Purchasing online shop. Failure to do this will result in orders being
returned for clarification. Partners wishing to register for purchasing access
to the Partner Portal must have approval and confirmation from their
company director.

Firmware and Licence Installation Service
Firmware upgrades and licence installation charges.
7 Hytera Communications Ltd provides a parts and labour warranty for all
transceivers for a period of 24 months from the date that the goods are
despatched from Hytera Communications Ltd’s premises. This warranty is
void if the defect is caused by the end-user/customer/dealers improper
handling, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair or modification of the
Hytera products in question.
