IBC TopFix 200 <strong>in</strong>sertion system.<br />

Specifically designed for module mount<strong>in</strong>g on tiled roofs<br />

of s<strong>in</strong>gle-family and two-family houses, the black mount<strong>in</strong>g<br />

system comb<strong>in</strong>es the look of a roof-<strong>in</strong>tegrated solution<br />

with the advantages of roof-mount<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> terms of price,<br />

rear ventilation and ma<strong>in</strong>tenance. The system is particularly<br />

quick and easy to <strong>in</strong>stall, as mount<strong>in</strong>g does not require any<br />

other conventional clamps. The modules are <strong>in</strong>serted directly<br />

<strong>in</strong>to the profile rails.<br />

This not only saves valuable time, but also<br />

IBC AeroFlat.<br />

The aerodynamic parallel mount<strong>in</strong>g system for commercial<br />

roofs is specially designed for <strong>in</strong>cl<strong>in</strong>ed bitumen and<br />

membrane roofs and can be used up to a maximum roof<br />

<strong>in</strong>cl<strong>in</strong>ation of 30 degrees and a roof height of up to 35<br />

metres. The ballasted IBC AeroFlat system means m<strong>in</strong>imised<br />

risk of roof leaks and maximum stability – successfully tested<br />

<strong>in</strong> a w<strong>in</strong>d tunnel.<br />

The 18 centimetre wide base rails offer large support surfaces.<br />

This ensures that all loads are distributed optimally, which<br />

m<strong>in</strong>imises the pressure load on the <strong>in</strong>sulation and roof<br />

Photovoltaic systems on flat roofs must meet a number of<br />

demands: They must not overload the roof, they should not<br />

damage the roof sk<strong>in</strong> and they must withstand the rigours of<br />

<strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>gly frequent storms. Our specially developed and<br />

proven IBC AeroFix system does all of this and much more.<br />

The aerodynamic design has been optimised <strong>in</strong> the w<strong>in</strong>d<br />

tunnel and is „pressed“ onto the roof by the w<strong>in</strong>d and<br />

therefore need not be screwed to the roof.<br />

In addition, the new AeroFix G3 now offers even more<br />

the AeroFix G3 <strong>in</strong>stallation system has wide<br />

base rails with <strong>in</strong>tegrated cable ducts. This<br />

not only makes <strong>in</strong>stallation easier, but also<br />

saves time, costs and labour. The top supports<br />

are equipped with an extra shelf to attach<br />

a small cable duct or cable clips.<br />

Comb<strong>in</strong>ation option<br />

for base rails.<br />

Special feature: With the IBC AeroFix G3, wide and narrow<br />

base rails can be comb<strong>in</strong>ed <strong>in</strong> the same system. In this way,<br />

more stable roof areas or less ballasted modules can be<br />

fitted with the more cost-effective, narrow rails. This not<br />

only ensures maximum flexibility, but also reduces material<br />

expenditure as well as the total cost of the system. At the<br />

same time, the roof is securely covered.<br />

The <strong>in</strong>ternal butt connector also supports rapid<br />

<strong>in</strong>stallation on the roof and contributes to greater<br />

stability and a straight alignment of the base profiles.<br />

The butt connector also serves as a lightn<strong>in</strong>g conductor.<br />

This means that <strong>in</strong> the event of a lightn<strong>in</strong>g strike, the lightn<strong>in</strong>g<br />

currents are reliably conducted <strong>in</strong>to the connected floor<br />

rail <strong>in</strong> compliance with regulations. The system just requires<br />

<strong>in</strong>terception devices and conductors at appropriate <strong>in</strong>tervals.<br />

IBC AeroFix Latch.<br />

The AeroFix Latch fall protection system is the result of the<br />

cooperation between IBC SOLAR and the occupational<br />

safety experts at Preis<strong>in</strong>g GmbH. It has been specially<br />

developed for ma<strong>in</strong>tenance work on flat roofs <strong>in</strong> areas<br />

where there is a risk of fall<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

A central feature of the AeroFix Latch fall protection<br />

system is its direct connection to the module array.<br />

In comb<strong>in</strong>ation with suitable personal protective equipment<br />

aga<strong>in</strong>st falls (PPEAF), this ensures maximum freedom of<br />

movement around the entire PV system. This makes it<br />

possible for <strong>in</strong>stallers to access the fall-risk area without<br />

additional and time-consum<strong>in</strong>g hook<strong>in</strong>g and unhook<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

The system is DEKRA-certified, has a successful EU typeexam<strong>in</strong>ation<br />

certificate and fulfils all requirements of the<br />

Trapezoidal system<br />

Cost-effective <strong>in</strong> terms of material, storage,<br />

transport and mount<strong>in</strong>g – the Topfix 200<br />

Trapeze Eco rails are economical <strong>in</strong> every<br />

respect. The 120 mm rail is for horizontal<br />

mount<strong>in</strong>g of modules, the 340 and 420 mm<br />
