Pitched roofs are one of the most common roof designs.

Our in-house IBC TopFix 200 mounting system has been

specially developed for universal use on almost any

pitched roof. It is particularly suitable for use on tiled,

trapezoidal, corrugated or sheet seam roofs. But we

system is based on IBC SOLAR’s many years of

experience, information from industry associations

and the requirements of Premium Partners. Due

to its perfectly matched individual parts, the system

meets the highest quality standards and ensures

Thanks to the pre-assembled parts, you benefit from

low mounting costs even during installation of the

system. The use of high-quality components ensures

a long service life and thus also the basis for constant

ROOF-PARALLEL SOLUTIONS.

IBC TOPFIX 200 INSERTION SYSTEM.

For your home – attractive and quick to install.

Specifically designed for module mounting on tiled

roofs of single-family and two-family houses, the black

mounting system combines the look of a roof-integrated

solution with the advantages of roof-mounting in terms

of price, rear ventilation and maintenance. The system is

particularly quick and easy to install, as mounting does

not require any other conventional clamps. The modules

are inserted directly into the profile rails.

This not only saves valuable time, but also reduces

mounting costs. The high load-bearing capacity of the

mounting system also guarantees maximum safety.

The IBC TopFix 200 insertion system is therefore ideal

for regions with high snow loads.

ROOF-PARALLEL SOLUTIONS

IBC AEROFLAT.

Maximum stability for commercial roofs.

The aerodynamic parallel mounting system for

commercial roofs is specially designed for inclined

bitumen and membrane roofs and can be used up to

a maximum roof inclination of 30 degrees and a roof

height of up to 35 metres. The ballasted IBC AeroFlat

system means minimised risk of roof leaks and maximum

stability – successfully tested in a wind tunnel.

The 18 centimetre wide base rails offer large support

surfaces. This ensures that all loads are distributed

optimally, which minimises the pressure load on the

insulation and roof membrane.


ELEVATED SOLUTIONS.

IBC AEROFIX SYSTEM.

The fastest systems for flat roofs.

Photovoltaic systems on flat roofs must meet a number

of demands: They must not overload the roof, they should

not damage the roof skin and they must withstand the

rigours of increasingly frequent storms. Our specially

developed and proven IBC AeroFix system does all of this

and much more.

IBC AeroFix is particularly suitable for plastic membrane

and bitumen roofs, as no penetration of the roof cladding

is necessary during mounting. The aerodynamic design

has been optimised in the wind tunnel and is “pressed”

onto the roof by the wind and therefore need not be

screwed to the roof. In combination with the ingenious

module arrangement, the systems become extremely

stable – even under high wind loads.

IBC AEROFIX LATCH.

Fall protection for flat roofs.

The AeroFix Latch fall protection system is the

result of the cooperation between IBC SOLAR and

the occupational safety experts at Preising GmbH.

It has been specially developed for maintenance work

on flat roofs in areas where there is a risk of falling.

A central feature of the AeroFix Latch fall protection

system is its direct connection to the module array.

In combination with suitable personal protective

equipment against falls (PPEAF), this ensures maximum

freedom of movement around the entire PV system.

This makes it possible for installers to access the

fall-risk area without additional and time-consuming

hooking and unhooking.

The system is DEKRA-certified, has a successful

EU type-examination certificate and fulfils all

requirements of the European PPE Regulation (EU)

2016/425.

the new G2 Eco base rail reduces

both material expenses as well as

costs. Flexible to implement and easy

to handle, it is particularly suitable

for stable concrete and gravel roofs,

but can also be utilised on bitumen

and membrane coverings which have

sufficient compressive strength for

the insulation.

TRAPEZOIDAL SYSTEM

For trapezoidal sheet roofs.

Cost-effective in terms of material,

storage, transport and mounting –

the Topfix 200 Trapeze Eco rails are

economical in every respect. The 120

mm rail is for horizontal mounting of

modules, the 340 and 420 mm rails

for vertical mounting. Fastening to

the trapezoidal sheet is carried out

by means of two thin sheet screws or

blind rivets.

HALF-CUT (HC) CELLS.

Less conduction losses, greater yield.

Modules with half-cut cells consist of 120 smaller cells

instead of 60 larger cells. Halving solar cells has proven

to be an effective way to reduce conduction losses. This

increases the efficiency of the modules compared to a

module without half-cut technology. This ultimately results

in higher electricity yields and makes the entire PV system

more economical.

Photovoltaic modules and components are exposed

to a wide range of influences. Whether that be due to

weathering, manufacturing or wear and tear.

That’s why we subject all our IBC SOLAR modules

and mounting systems to stringent, multi-level quality

tests. In the SUNLAB test laboratory over an area

of around 250 sq. m, PV specialists implement seven

different procedures to determine whether the products

deliver what they promise.

We test the modules not only individually, but also

directly in combination with our mounting systems.

Just like the products are installed together on the roof

in real life. In this way, our products are always perfectly

combined with each other. You therefore benefit from

maximum security in terms of warranty, guarantee and

That‘s why we source third-party products from renowned

manufacturers. The products undergo extensive incoming

goods inspections, and we also subject them to long-term

tests at our own testing facility. This is how we ensure

that our systems always meet the highest standards.

They are certified according to valid standards and, in

addition to SUNLAB, are inspected by globally recognised

independent institutes (TÜV, VDE, Fraunhofer ISE).
