IBC TopFix 200 insertion system.
Specifically designed for module mounting on tiled roofs
of single-family and two-family houses, the black mounting
system combines the look of a roof-integrated solution
with the advantages of roof-mounting in terms of price,
rear ventilation and maintenance. The system is particularly
quick and easy to install, as mounting does not require any
other conventional clamps. The modules are inserted directly
into the profile rails.
This not only saves valuable time, but also
reduces mounting costs. The high loadbearing
capacity of the mounting system
also guarantees maximum safety. The
IBC TopFix 200 insertion system is therefore
ideal for regions with high snow loads.

IBC AeroFlat.
The aerodynamic parallel mounting system for commercial
roofs is specially designed for inclined bitumen and
membrane roofs and can be used up to a maximum roof
inclination of 30 degrees and a roof height of up to 35
metres. The ballasted IBC AeroFlat system means minimised
risk of roof leaks and maximum stability – successfully tested
in a wind tunnel.
The 18 centimetre wide base rails offer large support surfaces.
This ensures that all loads are distributed optimally, which
minimises the pressure load on the insulation and roof
membrane.

Maximum flexibility for flat roofs.
Photovoltaic systems on flat roofs must meet a number of
demands: They must not overload the roof, they should not
damage the roof skin and they must withstand the rigours of
increasingly frequent storms. Our specially developed and
proven IBC AeroFix system does all of this and much more.
The aerodynamic design has been optimised in the wind
tunnel and is „pressed“ onto the roof by the wind and
therefore need not be screwed to the roof.
In addition, the new AeroFix G3 now offers even more
options for covering roofs individually and economically
with PV modules.

tilting joint

Thanks to an integrated tilt joint in the
AeroFix mounting support, the modules lie
on the mounting system without mechanical
tension. This prevents tension in the module.
The risk of cell damage and the associated
loss of performance is eliminated.

Pre-installed

For maximum comfort and cost efficiency,
the AeroFix G3 installation system has wide
base rails with integrated cable ducts. This
not only makes installation easier, but also
saves time, costs and labour. The top supports
are equipped with an extra shelf to attach
a small cable duct or cable clips.

Special feature: With the IBC AeroFix G3, wide and narrow
base rails can be combined in the same system. In this way,
more stable roof areas or less ballasted modules can be
fitted with the more cost-effective, narrow rails. This not
only ensures maximum flexibility, but also reduces material
expenditure as well as the total cost of the system. At the
same time, the roof is securely covered.
New internal butt
connector supports
installation.
The internal butt connector also supports rapid
installation on the roof and contributes to greater
stability and a straight alignment of the base profiles.
The butt connector also serves as a lightning conductor.
This means that in the event of a lightning strike, the lightning
currents are reliably conducted into the connected floor
rail in compliance with regulations. The system just requires
interception devices and conductors at appropriate intervals.
This in turn saves time and material costs.

Fall protection
for flat roofs.
IBC AeroFix Latch.
The AeroFix Latch fall protection system is the result of the
cooperation between IBC SOLAR and the occupational
safety experts at Preising GmbH. It has been specially
developed for maintenance work on flat roofs in areas
where there is a risk of falling.
A central feature of the AeroFix Latch fall protection
system is its direct connection to the module array.
In combination with suitable personal protective equipment
against falls (PPEAF), this ensures maximum freedom of
movement around the entire PV system. This makes it
possible for installers to access the fall-risk area without
additional and time-consuming hooking and unhooking.
The system is DEKRA-certified, has a successful EU typeexamination
certificate and fulfils all requirements of the
European PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.

The innovative G5 Eco middle clamp from
IBC SOLAR is impressively simple – which
proves itself both in mounting as well as the
price. Due to its patent-pending design with
an inverted screw, spring and long nut, it is
installed flawlessly in just a few simple steps.
Trapezoidal system
Eco
Cost-effective in terms of material, storage,
transport and mounting – the Topfix 200
Trapeze Eco rails are economical in every
respect. The 120 mm rail is for horizontal
mounting of modules, the 340 and 420 mm
rails for vertical mounting. Fastening to the
trapezoidal sheet is carried out by means of
two thin sheet screws or blind rivets.

Half-Cut-(HC) Cells.
Less conduction losses, greater yield. Modules with halfcut
cells, for example, consist of 120 smaller instead of
60 larger cells - analogous for 144 cells (72-HC format)
or 108 cells (54-HC format). Halving solar cells has proven
to be an effective way to reduce conduction losses. This
increases the efficiency of the modules compared to
a module without half-cut technology. This ultimately
results in higher electricity yields and makes the entire
PV system more economical.
