Introduction
Governance training and
development sessions provide
opportunities for governors and
clerks in academies and maintained
schools.
Our webinars are facilitated by our
experienced governance and clerking
experts and include online opinion
polls and the opportunity to have
your questions answered live on air.
This term’s programme includes a
wide range of governance topics,
which will help governors and clerks,
keep abreast of developments in
education and prepare for meetings
in the autumn term.
We are including three face-to-face
sessions this term following
requests made by some governors.
All sessions deepen governance
knowledge and contribute to
ensuring the effectiveness of
governance in your school or trust.

Headteacher Appraisal

Headteacher’s Appraisal/Performance

The Role of Members

Education’s desire to bring greater clarity to
the Member role.
