4. Visualize Your Desire
In the moments right before you drift off to la-la land, you
want to visualize the short scene you created of you being in
a loving relationship with your special person. You’ll want to
do it with as much emotion and details as possible. Use all
five senses to set your scene and repeat it until you fall
