America is a Step Forward for
Industry, Society, and the Economy

cannabis has crossed your radar. Just because it’s legal in one state or
country doesn’t mean it is everywhere around the world! The legality
of cannabis varies by region so if you plan on traveling abroad and

USA
The legality of cannabis varies from state to state. Depending on
where you live and either can be illegal or legal for recreational
purposes or medicinal purposes That decision is up to the local
government. Cannabis products are available at dispensaries in
legalized markets, but only if you’re over 21 years old (minors cannot
purchase these items). So far this year there are 19 states who have
made recreational use of cannabis an option: Colorado, Washington,
Alaska, Oregon, California, Maine, Massachusetts, Nevada, Michigan,
Vermont, Illinois, Arizona, Montana, New Jersey, South Dakota, New
York, Virginia, New Mexico and Connecticut
Medical marijuana is now legal in 36 US states which means it can be
sold to those who have certain documented conditions such as cancer
or chronic pain with a prescription from their doctor.
“O Canada”
As of October 17th, 2018 cannabis is legal in Canada! This means that
Canadians over 18 years old can partake without fear of criminal
charges. For those under the age limit, possession limits vary
depending on which province they reside in.
