With 6500 students the Augsburg University
of Applied Sciences is one of the largest
in Bavarian Swabia. With over 150
professors and more than 300 tutors.
Professors, assistants and students work

REFECTORY AND CAFETERIA : The cafeteria
in the M building (Friedbergerstrasse) is
open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
In addition to coffee-to-go and snacks,
there are also hot dishes available every
day at lunchtime (11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.).
Please note: All food and drinks are only
sold to take away and cannot be consumed
on site.
The CafeBar in building C offers coffee-togo
and snacks from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

LIBRARY OPERATIONS :
Usage rules
• Free choice of seats only at the
numbered seats (please do not move
chairs). There are 46 reading room
spaces available for work.
• Marked PCs in the library may be used.
Before and after use, you must clean
the keyboard and mouse with a
disinfectant cloth (available at the
counter). You can also research the
InfoGuide on your own laptop or tablet
or via smartphone (InfoGuide app),
even from home.
• You can go to the shelves yourself and
borrow books via the self- checkers.
The self-checkers are set so that you
don't have to touch the surface.
• Please give books preferably at the
book return machine in the entrance
area. Copying is possible. Admission to
the copy room only with mouth and
nose covering for a maximum of
2 people at the same time.
CENTRAL SERVICES : The data center is
a service provider for the entire university
and operates the central IT infrastructure.
Part of our central services are all IT
services, cooperations and offers relating
to the procurement of hardware and
software as well as components for digital
teaching and learning.
