Routes to marketThere are different supply chains for each Liniar product range.Windows, doors and roofs are manufactured by Liniar’s fabricator customers and sold through trade countersand installers. Quality and assuranceLiniar designs all its products with the highest quality in mind.Maintaining the quality of Liniar products is of paramount importance – a Liniar product is not a Liniar productunless all of its components are HL Plastics Ltd approved. We are committed to supporting our customers inmanufacturing the highest quality, fully accredited and guaranteed products.With this in mind, we encourage all fabricators to apply to become Liniar Approved.Liniar Approved FabricatorsLiniar windows and doors are manufactured by a wide network of fabricators across the UK.In order to ensure consistently high standards across our product range, all fabricators are encouraged tobecome Liniar Approved.They can apply for this accreditation after just 3 months fabricating Liniar systems, with the following criteria:• The fabricator uses only Liniar as its main PVCu system.• A signed Liniar Supply Agreement is in place.• The fabricator’s account is up to date.• The fabricator has a dispute resolution process in place.Audit ProcessA stringent audit process will take place with aLiniar technical engineer, to confirm that all Liniarcomponents are used and the finished productsare in line with the recommendations in the Liniar’sfabrication manual.Once a fabricator has passed the audit, they willreceive a Liniar Approved plaque and certificate.This status lasts for one year, when a re-audit willtake place.
