After the Agreement
We will ensure that the purchase will be paid from a Special
Client Account as per the terms of the agreement and
instructions of the client.
Represent the client before the Tax Department and ensure
that the agreement of the acquisition of the asset has been
stamped by the Tax Department in the country.
Represent client before the Land Registry Department and
ensure that the agreement for the acquisition of the immovable
asset will be deposited at the Land
Registry Department and
accept the transfer of the property into the clients name upon
all contract conditions.
