The seller is registered owner of the asset and consequently has the ability
to sell.
The asset is not burdened with any mortgages or any encumbrances.
All necessary licenses or permits of the construction of the asset have
been obtained and included in the agreement.
To negotiate all legal and commercial terms with the seller.
Open 'Special Client Account'.
Obtain power of attorney from the client and represent them before the
land registry department and tax authorities.
Advice client how to acquire the immovable property.
